Film Screening: Gaza: Doctors Under Attack
UCSF Cole Hall
6:00-8:00 PM
Join us for a screening of the urgent and moving documentary Gaza: Doctors Under Attack, which exposes the systematic targeting of Gaza's healthcare system. The screening will be followed by a live Q&A with Dr. Jess Ghannam and Dr. Mohammad Subeh, two physicians with deep ties to Gaza.
Dr. Ghannam is a clinical professor of psychiatry and global health at UCS and a long-time advocate for Palestinian health and human rights. Dr. Subeh is an internal medicine physician and humanitarian volunteer.
Both have traveled to Gaza numerous times, including on recent medical missions within the past 22 months, working directly with injured civilians and healthcare providers under siege.
This is a space for solidarity, storytelling, and a collective commitment to Palestinian liberation. All are welcome - especially healthcare workers, students, and justice advocates.
Fundraising proceeds will go to Doctors Against Genocide and GLIA International to support the rebuilding of Gaza's healthcare infrastructure.
